ArtGrounds is a free art community with galleries, forums, tutorials, classifieds and paint chat rooms. The time is 12 Oct 2008 04:25 CET.
The admins now have permission to delete:
- screenshots of things the uploader didn't create
- things that aren't art (ex. scribbles)
- photos that have no artistic merit
- any image claimed by the uploader to suck
- any image that don't follow the upload guidelines AT ALL

To put it in RipfangDragon's well chosen words:
«This is ArtGrounds, not PhotoBucket.»

Users will now get a notification if their submission has been removed by the administrators. The administrator's name is not revealed.
