Which one is better?

CS3 FTW! Don't know v7, so I can't judge I've always had CS2 and I really liked it, but CS 3 is better B:

Whatever I have now XD It's either CS2 or CS3 XD;

I wanted to get CS3, but my mom ended up getting (by totally legal means) CS2 instead... Oh well, it still seems to be better then my old version.

The only major difference between CS2 and CS3 is the compatibility for Windows Vista. CS3 works a LOT better on Vista than CS2.

I don't have either so I can't say. I really want one or the other, though. :c

The only difference I can see in CS is the Surface Blur. Kind of nifty for traditional arts, preferably watercolour paper... when used in moderation. Lens flare can die.

I used Photoshop 7 for the longest time, but finally gave in and upgraded to CS3. PS7 is more optimal when it comes to power vs bloat, though.

I dunno about PS 7 vs CS2, but I do know that CS2 blew PS Elements right outta the damn water, and then some 8D

Hey people, stop saying CS3, I'm asking whether CS TWO is better then Photoshop 7. But so far, it's better, and if the only difference between CS2 and 3 is Vista compatibility, than I don't see any reason for me to get it. Thanks for the help though~<3. And, MQ, Photoshop Elements has always sucked, no matter what version of it I've tried.

fffuuh i've been using elements for ages. That's why I mainly do my artwork on sketcher now, because adobe photoshop elements 4 point friggen 0 stinks.

CS 2 lol, I had 7 and then when my computer got reformatted, I got cs 2. It's not like I'd die if I had to use 7 again, but I do prefer cs 2

hey, i'm with ya skrog, but it's the only thing i've got other than MSPaint or OpenCanvas. i did a trial with CS (one mibd you) and i was in love. even tho at the time i had no tablet and no real skillz yet o-o sucha complete waste of a trial run. and now i've been trying to download the triel for cs2 or 3, can't remember, and the adobe website doesn't like my computer >:[ so anything higher than elemens 4 point friggin' 0 is a go with me. even if i've made some pretty neat shiz with it. :]

LOL. -Fail- I have Photoshop Elements 3.0. It's a fail. =D CS2 costs like 0. o___o While CS3 costs 0-0. It's too much. e___e;

Woah. I meant... CS2 is 300 dollars while CS3 is 500 to 600 dollars. Then Photoshop 7 50 dollars? I think. Not sure about that one.

lol Photoshop CS is much better for me... I did have PS7, and that was still pretty decent. There's no way I'd be using CS3 on this computer though.. it'd use up too much resources in my computer :/
