Play around with the tools and find the settings you like ^^ well there's not much tips to be given. Tablets are just tools for the computer, don't expect them to be magic :B they won't make you any better then you are drawing on normal paper :)
the only things you could do is maybe change the pen pressure and speed of your tabby and just practise alot with it :)
also drawing with others in sketcher might help you improve your work :)
